AIRFLOW & BOOTH STRUCTURE
IT-SUPER-L10 spray booth is standard with downdraft airflow. Downdraft airflow is ideal for auto refinishing thanks to the balanced and consistent airflow.
The Infitech spray booth IT-SUPER-L10 comes with diffuser device inside the 600mm high plenum for reducing air speed and balancing air distribution across the plenum to achieve the purpose that air flows to the workspace evenly. In the basement, the air is drafted at quite different speeds subject to the position of the air handling unit. To solve this problem, we equip the basement with downdraft balancing vanes. The vanes are with flaps that allow the user to adjust and readjust to make the air at different points of the basement flow evenly.
Standard grids carrying capacity: 900kg/wheel. To cater to different needs, Infitech can provide grids with bigger carrying capacity. Please contact one of our experts for more details.

AIR ACCELERATOR UNIT (OPTION)
To satisfy the needs of using water-based paints, the spray booth IT-SUPER-L10 can be upgraded with air accelerator unit.
The air accelerator system improves flash cure times by evenly increasing air velocity within the spray booth providing an extra boost to air movement.
It helps speed up the drying phase, optimize the finishing, and reduce the cost.
FAQ
Q: Can you integrate hanging device with rail to the spray booth?
A: Yes. But please advise the required carrying capacity of the hanging device for our reference. If there is any other requirement, please also let us know.
Q: How many pieces of IT-SUPER-L10 spray booths can be loaded in a container?
A: For IT-SUPER-L10 spray booth with raised basement, it requires 1 big container (1x40GP) for loading.
Q: Is your paint spray booth CE certified?
A: Yes.
Q: The space in the workshop is limited. Can you design the spray booth according to my workshop layout?
A: Yes. Please supply your workshop layout, Infitech experienced technician will cater the spray booth design according to your workshop and propose the optimal solution to you.

Q: Can you put the generator unit at the top of the spray booth?
A: It is okay. We will add overhead steel platform to support the generator at the top of the spray booth. But please send the internal height of the building for us to check if the building is high enough or not.

A: 2-year warranty.
Q: Can I put my logo on the spray booth?
A: Yes, certainly.
Q: What if I find there are missing parts after I receive the shipment?
A: If the parts are missing due to Infitech's mistake, Infitech will send new parts to you to complete the assembly. Alternatively, if the parts can be purchased locally, you can get them locally. Infitech will pay back the cost of the missing parts to you after receiving the bill supplied by you.
