Infitech auto spray booth IT-701A is designed for the Australian and New Zealand market. It is AS/NZS 4114.1:2003 code compliance.
Spray booth IT-701A comes standard with downdraft airflow, rigid booth structure, metal base (requiring no floor excavation), wide opening main door, high efficiency air handling unit and easy-to-use control. All these make the booth meet the demanding requirements of the market.

Q: Can I order special color for the main entry door?
A: No problem. Please advise the requested color. We will discuss more details with you.
Q: What is the thickness of the substrate of the wall panels?
A: The standard substrate thickness of the walls is 0.426mm. 0.6mm, 1.0mm thick substrate is also available.
Q: What is the temperature increase capacity?
A: For spray booth IT-701A, the temperature increase capacity in the spray phase is 25ºC (from -5ºC to 20ºC) based on 232kw heat exchanger, and RG5D diesel burner.
Q: What is the heat exchanger made of?
A: Stainless steel 1Gr18Ni9Ti (SUS304).
Q: Can you supply spray booth according to the supplied voltage?
A: Yes. It is okay. But the schedule for non-standard voltage will be relatively longer than that of standard voltage (380V/3ph/50Hz).
Q: Is this spray booth suitable for water based paints?
A: For IT-701A spray booth, the empty loaded air speed is 0.28m/s. For drying water based paints, we recommend that the no load air speed is at least 0.3m/s. We recommend upgrading the fan unit from 2*7.5kw (28,000m3/h) to 2*11kw (35,000m3/h). Alternatively, we can add air accelerator unit with air nozzles inside the booth to accelerate the drying process. Please contact us for more details.
