Warranty
The quality guarantee period is 2 years after the final inspection from the date when the final acceptance is signed.
If there is any damage to the parts during the warranty period (non-wearable parts), INFITECH replaces the corresponding parts, and the warranty period for that parts will be recalculated from the date that the parts are replaced.
Training
In addition to on-site training for operators, electric repairers, and mechanics, INFITECH technicians will stay during the trial production stage until users fully master the operations and maintenance of the equipment.
After sales service
Our company provides users with timely and high-quality services, and provides timely information and technical information on equipment use and maintenance.
During the use of the equipment, INFITECH has full-time after-sales personnel to regularly track the equipment. If there is problem during operation, after receiving user's after-sales service request (with the description of the fault), INFITECH will reply within 24 hours to diagnose, and troubleshoot the fault by telephone, or E-mail.
