Booth Structure
Mechanical structure
1) The spray booth is assembled structure. The booth panels are made of color steel plate (substrate standard color: snow white) filled with heat resistant rock wool with a thickness of 50mm.
The panels are with high strength, good sealing performance and good insulation effect.
The personnel door can be installed on the left or right side of the booth (according to the actual condition of the installation site).
The entrance door is manual door with reinforced frame inside, which ensures high strength of the door. Also, there are observation windows on the entrance door for the observation of the working conditions inside the booth.
The extraction is through 800mm pit in the ground. The carrying capacity of the grids is 900kg/wheel.
2) The plenum adopts gantry structure made of galvanized sheet steel. It is easy to install. And it has good anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance.
3) Adopt direct drive impeller fan, with features of high performance, low noise, high temperature resistance, long service life and easy maintenance. There is pre-filter before the air inlet to ensure the cleanness of air passing through the fan.
4) The paint booth is with modular design, can adapt to different installation site.
