HEAT RECUPERATOR
Working principle
The device is an additional device for spray booths used in cold areas, which is for recycling waste heat.
The temperature of the exhaust gases from heating painting is higher than that of outdoor fresh air. Fresh air drawn in by the intake fan is 0ºC or below 0ºC. In cold areas where the temperature is below 0ºC, the heating system needs to work more frequently, which results in more energy consumption. However, when using heat of the waste gases to heat the fresh air, it does not require additional energy, which greatly saves energy and improves the energy efficiency. It is an excellent green and environmental heating device.

Q: How long is the production lead time?

A: 20 days from advance payment received for standard spray booths.
For non-standard projects, we will have to check the schedule case by case.
 

Q: How long is the warranty?

A: 2 year warranty for main components, not including consumables.
 

Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Baiyun, Guangzhou, 15 minutes' drive from the airport. Welcome to visit us at the factory.
 

Q: With the heat recuperator, can I put the machinery at the top of the spray booth?

A: Yes, it is still okay.
 

Q: For the heat recuperator, does the fresh air and exhaust air will contact with each other?

A: According to the design, the air is forced to pass through the heat exchanger core, two air streams (i.e. fresh air and exhaust air) never come into direct contact, avoid the transfer of any smell and moisture.
 

Q: How long can the spray booth serve?

A: If the booth can be maintained regularly and properly, the common service time of the spray booth is 7-10 years.
