3.DETAILS
AIRFLOW
IT-15-5A spray booth comes with downdraft airflow.
There is diffuser at the air inlet from the machinery to the plenum. The speed of fresh air is very fast. The diffuser is right there to reduce the air velocity before the air flows across the plenum. The air flows through the holes of the diffuser to the plenum, this can help achieve even and balanced airflow inside the plenum, which in turn provides consistent and vertical airflow from the plenum to the workspace.
The waste air is extracted through pit with grids in the ground.
OPTION
Other forms of paint mist extraction are available.

SAFETY DEVICE
1) / 2): Doors interlock with painting operation
When door is opened, the compressed air supply to spray gun is cut off. Hence, cannot proceed with painting when the doors are not fully closed.
3) Device for detecting if the exhaust fan works or not to ensure safety.
4) Filter blockage alarm
When filters are blocked, there is alarm signal to remind users to replace filters.
5) Overheat alarm
When the temperature detected is over the alarm temperature, there is alarm signal. Meanwhile, the burner will be cut off automatically.

A: We offer 2-year warranty.
Q: What about the payment terms?
A: 50% deposition by T/T upon order confirmation, and balance amount settled before EXW. For other types of payment terms, please consult us directly.

A: At least 25 days.
Q: How many people to complete the assembly?
A: 5-6 including 1 professional electrician.
Q: What if we find some parts are not delivered during the installation process?
A: Depending on the actual parts, we will effect prompt shipment or send you drawings to get the parts manufactured and purchased locally in order not to affect your installation progress.

A: Based on the condition that the paint spray booth and be maintained regularly, and protected well, the common service time is 8-10 years.
