1.FEATURES
The economy bus paint spray booth IT-18-5A is designed for customers who look for economical solution, but also require consistent downdraft airflow for quality paint refinish.
The paint spray booth comes with vertical side wall panels. To ensure the booth strength, we use 75mm thick rock wool panels with 0.6mm thick substrate.
And it is with 2 groups of 2*7.5kw air handling units. The air volume is 56,000m3/h.
The air supply unit is suspended at the top from the ceiling structure of the building, while the air exhaust unit is placed on the side of the paint spray booth. We can add air return duct from the exhaust unit to the supply unit to allow air circulation in the flash and bake phase.

3.DETAILS
Manual entrance door, 4-leaf, 4270*4800mm, with anti-sagging device to prevent the door from falling down.
Vertical side walls, 75mm thick rock wool panels;
Inclined ceiling and vertical sidewall lighting fixtures.
Air supply unit is installed at the top and suspended by the ceiling structure of the building;
The exhaust unit is on the side of the spray booth.
