1.FEATURES
The large equipment industrial spray booth is designed for painting and drying large equipment.
This model comes with downdraft airflow, with air extracted through pit in the ground.
The dimensions are 16000x6000x5000mm, with manual divider door to divide the booth into 2 work areas. Each area works separately, or 2 areas work together.
We understand that, for large equipment booth, every customer have different requests for the booths due to the difference in the business, products and workshops. We can custom make the booth to cater to your specific requirements in terms of dimensions and configurations.

3.DETAILS
For large equipment spray booth, the cabin strength must be solid and rigid. Infitech large size booths come with gantry structure for reinforcing the booth strength. The reinforced structures are distributed evenly every 8 feet in the length of the booth.
The airflow is downdraft, with pit for extraction. Inside the top plenum, diffuser is equipped to balance the air distribution and reduce air turbulence as much as possible so as to deliver even airflow from the plenum to workspace, critical for quality paint finish.

FAQ
Q: Can I have vertical side wall panels?
A: For large equipment spray booth, we do not recommend vertical side walls. As the booth is large in size, the structure must be stable. To achieve this, we use gantry structure to reinforce the booth strengths.
If the booth is with vertical side walls and without reinforced structure, it is not stable enough.
Q: Can I have electric roller shutter door for the entry and exit door?
A: That's okay.

A: To decide what airflow to choose, there are many factors to consider, among which, we think the most important one is meeting the finishing requirements of the products you manufacture. It is critical that you meet all production requirements.
