AIRFLOW & BOOTH STRUCTURE
Paint spraying and drying booth IT-SUPER-L9 is standard with full downdraft airflow.
The plenum is equipped with diffuser to reduce the high air speed before the air enters the plenum. This helps balance the airflow, and offers consistent airflow to the workspace.
Likewise, the air has to be balanced from the workspace to the exhaust end. The basement is equipped with downdraft balancing vanes, allowing the paint spraying and drying booth to draft evenly across the entire basement. As we know, the machinery is placed on one side of the booth only. When it draws the air, the air speed at different points of the basement is not the same. But with the vanes, the flaps of which can be adjusted to change the airflow speed, which in turn helps achieve even airflow.

Q: What code compliance does your paint spraying and drying booth have?

Q: How many pieces of IT-SUPER-L9 paint spraying and drying booths can be loaded in the container?

A: For paint spraying and drying booth IT-SUPER-L9, as it comes with raised metal basement with two pneumatic ramps, and two entrance doors, 1 big container can load one piece of this model only.
 

Q: Can I put the air handling unit at the top of the paint spraying and drying booth?

A: Yes. The air handling unit can be loaded on steel platform at the top of the booth to save workshop space. Please send your workshop layout for us to work out the design for your approval then.
 

Q: What is the length of the ramp?

A: For the pneumatic mobile ramp, it is 2000mm in length, enough for passing through of all cars.
With the internal pneumatic ramps inside the booth, workshop space can be saved for other purpose. After driving the car to the inside of the booth, the ramps can be lifted by air bags.
 

Q: I want to add a lift to the paint spraying and drying booth. Is it possible to integrate the design of the lift with your booth?

A: Yes. We did such design for other customers before. You just need to send the product manual of the lift to us, we will take it into consideration when designing the basement of our spray booth.
