FAQ
Q: Can the height of the raised basement be adjusted to the unevenness of the concrete floor?
A: Yes. The basement height can be adjusted to less than 30mm unevenness of the floor.
Q: Can I use electric door instead of manual door?
A: Sure.
Q: I have to put the air makeup unit at the top of the paint booth.
A: That's okay. We will add a steel platform to support it. Please send us the layout of the building. We will design according to it.
Q: What about the payment terms?
A: Generally, we accept 50% advance payment when the order is confirmed, while balance payment before EXW.
Q: What about the trade terms?
A: We accept trade terms of EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP etc.
Q: How long does it take for me to get the shipment?
A: For standard paint booths, the production lead time is 20 days, the shipping schedule is usually 6 weeks or so depending on which area you are from.
