Each unit works separately or all units work together.
The infrared lamps are with slow start function, and they are equipped with silicone rectifier to adjust the power, and accordingly the brightness of the lamps can be adjusted depending on actual application.

Q: I want diesel burner instead of infrared lamps for the automotive paint booth.
A: Okay. We can offer RIELLO diesel burner for you. The diesel burner model depends on the heating output required and the volume of air to be handled.
Q: I notice that the empty loaded air speed is 0.18m/s only. It is not enough when I use water-based paints.
A: Good question. First of all, kindly be advised that this model E501 is an economical model designed for customers who require relatively lower cost. Hence, it comes with only 2*5.5kw motor at air volume of 18,000m3/h.
To suit the application of water-based paints, we can further upgrade the paint booth to meet your needs.
Alternative 1: Add air accelerator with air nozzles installed on both sides of the paint booth, which helps greatly accelerate the airflow speed and achieve faster drying.
Alternative 2: Change to other paint booth models with higher air volume, which has empty loaded air speed over 0.3m/s.

Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: Normally, the standard production lead time is 20 days from the date we receive the down payment.
Q: Can you provide grids with higher carrying capacity?
A: Sure. There are grids with carrying capacity at 900kg/wheel in option.
Q: I want bigger booth. Can you supply?
A: Okay. Please send your specific inquiries through, and we will follow your requirements to proceed with the design and layout for your approval.
Please be advised that Infitech can customize paint booth from small ones to massive booths for you.
Q: What about the terms of payment?
A: 50% advance payment, and balance payment before EXW.
Usually, we accept payment by T/T. However, L/C, West Union payment methods are also accepted.
