HIGHLIGHTS
E501 auto spray booth is designed to meet customers' needs for low budget spray booth, but also provides good downdraft airflow for quality paint finish. It comes standard with 3-wing entry door, raised metal basement (requiring no floor excavation), 18,000m³/h air volume and infrared heating lamps.
The basement can be adapted to different installation fields.
The heating can be changed to diesel heating or gas heating, or a combination of electric heating and traditional heating forms.

FAQ

Q: Can I add sidewall lights?

A: Yes. Based on E501 spray booth with infrared heating lamps, we can add horizontal lighting fixtures on side walls. If there are no infrared lamps, the sidewall lights can be vertical.
 

Q: Can I have full gratings in the basement for extraction?

A: Yes.
 

Q: What are the advantages of downdraft spray booth compared with spray booth of other airflow types?

A: Downdraft spray booth have more balanced and consistent airflow compared with side downdraft, rear semi downdraft and cross draft spray booths. In combination with ceiling diffuser and floor diffuser, the downdraught spray booths provide premium workspace for quality paint finishing, making the downdraft spray booth second to none for every auto body shop. Q: Do you suggest EPS wall panels?

A: When the spray booth comes with infrared heating lamps mounted on walls, we do suggest rock wool wall panels instead of EPS wall panels. When the infrared lamps are working, the temperature around the lamps is very high. It is safer to use rock wool panels which can resist higher temperature than EPS panels. Additionally, the saving cost for using EPS panels instead of rock wool panels is not that big.
 

Q: I notice the basement height is 300mm for E501 spray booth. Is it enough?

A: No problem as it is with air volume at 18,000m3/h. E501 spray booth is our lower budget spray booth. Certainly, we can upgrade the basement height to 350mm. All our higher performance spray booths come standard with 350mm high basement. Feel free to contact us if you are interested to find more details.
