Paint mist collection and processing system

 Air containing paint mist through the exhaust fan, high speed suction swirl chamber. The centrifugal force paint mist from the air flow is separated from the air flow, and the water film is collected. Water is separated from the water retaining plate and prevents from the exhaust port. The paint mist is returned to the water tank by the return air pipe. The AB agent is added in the water tank, and the paint mist coagulant is composed of a A component and a B component.
After the vortex processing, the paint mist is discharged from the water trough to the varnish slag place. In the circulating water tank, a proper amount of paint mist coagulation agent is added regularly to ensure the water circulation of the circulating water pool (4 to 6 months).
